Rest assured, we want you to love your Mata Wellness gear! That's why we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt for items purchased on MataWellness.com.

Please note:

  • This return and exchange policy applies to US customers only. For international orders, please contact us for return instructions.

  • Discounted items are excluded from the return and exchange policy.

What can be returned or exchanged?

Only items in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags attached are eligible for return or exchange.

How to initiate a return or exchange?

  1. Contact our friendly customer support team at [Your Email Address] and let us know if you'd like to exchange for a different size/color, receive a store credit, or get a full refund.

  2. We'll provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).

Important limitations:

  • Limited-edition collections: Due to the limited nature of some of our collections, we cannot guarantee the availability of your desired size or style in the event of an exchange.

  • Orders from Meta Shops: Orders placed on Meta Shops (e.g., Facebook Shop) can only be returned for a refund or store credit, not exchanged.

  • Shipping: Shipping charges for returns are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your own peace of mind.

  • Refund processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your returned item(s).

  • Returned condition: Refunds may be reversed if the items are not returned in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags attached.

Additional options:

  • Exchange for a different product: If you'd like to exchange your item for a different product, we recommend returning it for a store credit and then using the credit to purchase your new item.
